More below

Hi, I'm Craig — a learning + digital project specialist who never quite fit the mould.

I struggled at school — and felt like an unwelcome outsider.

Detentions, suspensions, and the cane. No one in 1980s classrooms talked about neurodivergence or sensory processing issues. I forgot assignments, froze in exams, and failed — painfully and often.

Years later, I discovered I learn differently — and that difference became an edge. Once I found the right environments, I rebuilt my relationship with learning, eventually earning a Master’s in Training & Development, multiple postgraduate qualifications, and industry credentials across business, psychology, and tech.

Today, I bring that same experience and empathy to every project. I help teams:

  • Untangle complex systems and jargon

  • Design learning that actually works — for humans

  • Move quickly and decisively when the stakes are high

I’ve built a career turning complexity into clarity — for frontline staff, senior execs, and everyone in between. I know how hard it is to learn when the system isn’t designed for you, which is why I design differently.

I blend instructional design, content creation, and real-world strategy to help organisations build smarter, faster, and more human learning experiences.

And I never forget what it felt like to be an outsider. It’s what drives me to make things clearer, kinder, and more effective — for every learner, every time.
